pitchers tuck by buddy don: frum the garden


me n miz bd tuck add vantage of sundy to go to the brooklyn botanick garden, witch twuz a purrfeck day fer it. heres a few pitchers frum the trip ... startin with vues of them cherry blossoms, witch they spozedly aint gut a'goin good yet ...













then thay wuz sum purty grape hyacynths ...




them tulips wuz eggsplodin with color lack a bunch of firewurks ...

Those pictures are amazing! It's hard to believe the flowers could be so beautifully in bloom with the winter you just had a couple of weeks ago.

Wow, really nice shots! Our blooming season was killed off by a week in the 20's at night. Thats what we get for blooming too early, I guess. By the time Dogwood Arts Festival kicked off the blooms had suffered five nights of freeze and were brown and crinkled. The week prior was intense with pollen falling like snow and color everywhere.
