Jewels
The sharp crescent Moon
With Jupiter and Venus
Glowing at its side
Lit yesterday’s early sky,
Bright sparkling jewels in heaven.

It was gorgeous and I stood for a long time out in very cold weather just to stare up at it.

I could not help but think of some of the flags of the Muslim world with the crescent moon and stars.

Kinda strange.
